The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and a bustling walking street just a short walk away. The rooms were well-sized with comfortable beds, and the view from the window was mesmerizing. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring any issues were promptly addressed. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious omelets made to order. Free wifi in the public areas was a great convenience.
The maintenance condition of the hotel could use some improvement.

We appreciated the location of the hotel, which was close to the main attractions and offered easy access to transport. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Our New Year's experience was tarnished by several negative aspects. the room was not clean upon arrival and had a foul odor.

Our romantic escape was phenomenal! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the lake. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of food, including made-to-order omelets. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The maintenance of the room was not up to standard, with peeling wallpaper and worn-out carpet. The cleaning staff could have been more considerate of our rest and privacy, as we were disturbed by early morning knocking and ringing on our door.
